1. Service description
MeetMidway is a free flight search tool that allows groups of people to find the cheapest common destination when travelling from different airports. The service displays indicative prices and redirects users to booking partners (Aviasales / Travelpayouts) for the actual booking. MeetMidway does not sell airline tickets and is not party to any transport contract.
2. Prices and availability
Prices shown on MeetMidway are indicative estimates and may differ from the actual fare available at the time of booking. Flight availability and the final price are determined solely by booking partners and airlines. MeetMidway does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the prices displayed.
3. Limitation of liability
MeetMidway is not liable for: price differences between the estimate shown and the final price on the partner site; flight cancellations, delays or changes; technical errors of third-party providers (Travelpayouts, Aviasales); financial losses arising from use of the service. Use of MeetMidway is at your own risk.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use MeetMidway for unlawful purposes, to collect data in an automated manner (scraping), to overload the service's servers, or for any activity that could harm the service or third parties. We reserve the right to block access in cases of abuse.
5. Intellectual property
The name "MeetMidway", the logo, source code and original site content are the property of Rosario Simone Puglisi. Reproduction or distribution without written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party trademarks (Aviasales, Travelpayouts) belong to their respective owners.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute the court of the service owner's place of residence has jurisdiction. For enquiries: legal@meetmidway.org
7. Changes to terms
MeetMidway reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the site. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
